TDA World Studios

TDA World Studios is a Division of TDA World, Inc. which is based out of Jacksonville, FL. There are two full-time staff photographers: Dave, Lead Photographer and Saura, Associate Photographer who shoot in the studio and at off-site locations. Each photographer has thier specialty areas of photography; which can enhance your professional portfolio, add further dimension to your business or event, or capture your memorial days through artistic glass.

Photography is more than just fancy equipment--it is an artistic creation. Though good tools enhance any trade, including photography, if the photographer does not have the natural talent and artistic edge, the photos can end up ordinary or just good. TDA World Studios aims at exceptional, emotional, professional, dramatic, and compelling photography. Dave and Saura are both artists engaged in photography and other mediums of artistic expression.

From glamour to swimwear and cosplay to events TDA World Studios is prepared to capture each moment. However, we do not simply stop at providing excellent services and great customer service; instead, we offer an experience. It does not matter if you are a model with extensive experience seeking to enhance your professional portfolio or a model who is new to the industry and is just getting started--we will work with you, your ideas, and your concepts to fully capture each shot. And if you are planning an event that requires the services of a photographer we are prepared to work with you through the stages of planning to the close of the event as we strive to shoot the moments as the develop. This also includes shooting comedians and bands--we have worked with several local bands and comedians alike at HammerHall, Jack Rabbits, and other venues (including studio shoots and videography).

Dave started seven years ago shooting nature photography with his small point-and-shoot Canon PowerShot A620 and over the years has moved into shooting glamour, cosplay, boudoir, pin-up, swimwear, and fashion photography with his Nikon DSLR. He also is a digital artist and works with Adobe Photoshop CS2/5.5 and does graphics work along with website design using Adobe Dreamweaver CS5. Sketching, drawing, painting, writing, and playing the piano are other artistic endevours Dave enjoys. Prior to shoots Dave will discuss the details of each idea and concept in order to plan and layout the shoot--working directly with the models involved. During the shoots he is laid-back and casual, offering assistance with posing and positioning, as needed. Some of his favorite shooting locations include: the studio; South Ponte Vedra Beach; St. Augustine (various locations); Memorial Park and Five-Points; Big Talbot Island; and other outdoor locations. Saura started shooting photography a year ago with a heavy focus on Japanese shibari working on becoming a shibari master and master rigger. This passion for photography and her musical experience (as a drummer) lead her to develop a love and talent for event photography. She has shot several local bands and comedians at many venues including: Jack Rabbits, Hammerhall, and others. Writing and music are other artistic talents Saura enjoys. Prior to shoots Saura talks with each model or artist to gather as much information about the ideas and concepts to help her plan and layout the shoot. During shoots she is casual and relaxed, but always offers assistance with posing and positioning as it is needed.
